dc.description.abstractThis composition was commissioned for and first performed at the 2023 Musicacoustica Festival (Hangzhou) where the composer was the festival's featured composer and was requested by French percussionist, Thierry Miroglio. The title refers to E. Asian bowls and cymbals which form the sole source material for the 8-channel recording and optional live performance.
