Abstract

Description

Martin was co-editor of this book with Brian Short and Charles Watkins; publication was supported by the British Agricultural History Association. Martin also contributed to the introductory chapter ('"The front line of freedom": state-led agricultural revolution in Britain 1939-45', pp.1 - 13). Martin's overall contribution to the book was a third. His research was inpart supported by a Leverhulme Award, 2001-2003.
