Abstract

This chapter discusses how the new impact agenda can be a valuable opportunity for practice-led ECRs whose work might often be encountered outside traditional academia. Reflecting on Streffen's personal experience in the visual arts, the chapter compares approaches to impact for practice-led researchers through four case studies comprising four postdoctoral roles and associated outputs at four different institutions, reflects on the notion of 'the package' and makes recommendations for good practice.
