Abstract
Purl is a full poetry collection. The collection comprises poems of family and memory, and land, sea and air, to explore some of the meanings of ‘purl’*. In particular, the collection considers these meanings in relation to the unsettling crossing of boundaries, uncertain moments of transformation and a rediscovery of the familiar in the world around us.
