Abstract

Better lighting at home can make a dramatic difference to people’s lives. This Good Practice Guide explains how to improve lighting to meet the needs of people with sight loss. It is useful to anyone supporting others to live independently in their own homes, such as housing and support staff, home improvement agencies, rehabilitation workers for people with visual impairment (ROVIs) and occupational therapists (OTs).
