For the first time, a CSS model to assist the experts in all phases of the consensus reaching process of group decision-making (GDM) problems with multigranular linguistic preference relations is presented. A guidance advice (GA) system is integrated in the model which replaces the figure of the moderator, traditionally present in the consensus reaching process. According to the ISI Database: cited 7 times being the 6th most cited paper out of the total 206 papers published in IEEE TFS, the leading journal in fuzzy logic.
