Abstract

Description

This output describes a surface modification technique for aluminium alloys for enhancing properties and sustainability, which is particularly useful for the transport industry (where weight-saving is crucial). This work has led to further developments in applying similar techniques to other structural materials such as stainless steels and mild steels to achieve enhanced sustainability.
