Abstract

Description

Youth Justice is the primary journal for youth justice academics and practitioners in the UK. It has recently been taken over by Sage and is developing an international profile. This article is based on the author’s doctoral research and relates to the use of diversion in the South African Child Justice Bill. It also makes general points about the use of diversion that have relevance to other jurisdictions.
