It will explore notions of embodiment and augmented relationships between the musicians and their machines through a concept described as The Living Score. Through this concept Vear will present ideas from his on-going research about embodied intelligence and co-operative musicking (Small) within the Flow of music. And he will demonstrate some of his current practice based research, including a collaboration with Anne La Berge, and a Robot named Max.
