Team Objective Structured examination for obstetric emergencies

In response to the local Trust identifying that newly qualified midwives lacked confidence in their ability to deal with obstetric emergencies an team interprofessional event was developed. The pilot workshops were very well evaluated particularly as they attempted to replicate the team in practice and included service users. The team used a formative assessment tool to provide feedback to each other
