dc.description.abstractThe paper will advance an analysis that highlights the globalised new world order which reflects the dominant values of a few powerful groups of people within western society. It will present an examination of the effects of colonialism across the developing world to the rise of neoliberalism across the western democracies. The understanding of how our reality has developed into a social construction or schema which acts as a filter to remove information inconsistent from the prevailing theme (Aronson, Wilson, Akert 1997, Sheehy 2004).en
