Book chapter developed from conference paper given at College Arts Association annual conference in Chicago, 2014.en
Sherry, Streffen and Archino created "&/or" as a digital experience encouraging a reconsideration of how we reconcile the conventional demands of the museum and the academy with online media. This chapter presents the digital terrain as a new place to find a common ground of engaging the audience. It discusses the current role of digital media in museums and the academy, to not only open the door for further discussions, but to reimagine the relationship between art, interpretation, exhibition and theory within electronic media.en
