Abstract

Description

This study demonstrates how computational methods can be successfully used for automated identification of structure-sensitive regions of protein FTIR spectra. This information can then be successfully used for rapid quantification of protein secondary structure. The method developed is of interest to both academic researchers as well as pharmaceutical companies engaged in protein analysis. The impact factor of the journal is 5.735.
