dc.descriptionThis article outlines an evaluation of the Victims and Witnesses Action Group in Leicester. The position of this article is important because it identifies some important factors that impact on practitioners who work with different agencies. The evaluation allowed Leicester City Council to revise their strategy in crime reduction in relation to victims and witnesses. The evaluation along with this article has also helped to elevate victims and witnesses issues which are readily sidelined in debates about crime reduction.en
