dc.description.abstractThis new comic play explor es Shakespeare's links to Prescot through a time -travelling adventure that blows apart the myths, the man , and the missing years. The original performance of Strange Tale (November 2022) was directed by Gaynor La Rocca for the opening season of the Shakespeare North Playhouse and developed through workshops and creative tasks with the Imaginarium Theatre and Community Arts company cast members.en
