Abstract
The process of integration is the combining of the independently tested software and hardware modules to produce a prototype system. Invariably the integrated system does not work, precipitating the pointed index finger phase of design procedure whereby the hardware and software engineers simultaneously raise their index figures to each other and exclaim "It is your fault". - they are course both correct.
