Abstract

Description

This paper presents a consensus model for multiperson decision making problems. The novelty of the paper is its applicability to a heterogeneous information context. To obtain a degree of consensus as high as possible, the architecture of a feedback mechanism to guide the discussion phases is presented, which has been used as the base for subsequent guidance systems. Cited 29 times, being the most cited paper out of the total 485 papers published in IEEE TSMC-A. The impact factor of the journal is 0.821.
