The Grey system theory and expert investigation method are used to establish evaluation index system for vendor performance at development stage and mass production stage. The weight of each index is determined. The Grey cluster evaluation model based on Mixed end-point triangular whitenization weight function are used to comprehensively evaluate the five significant vendors who undertake the development task of C919 program of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC). The performance level of each vendor and its problems are confirmed and the evaluation results can be the basis of vendor management for COMAC.en
