Abstract

Collated by the British Library, this booklet brings together a range of views from leading researchers on how the framework for intellectual property needs reviewing for the digital age. Dr Gabriel Egan discusses the widening gap between the attitudes of commercial rightsholders and consumers of creative content. He argues that a solution needs to be found to legitimise the re-use of copyright material by creative artists. for intellectual property needs reviewing for the digital age.
